to Get Faster and Stronger? |
Daimond
Dixon, a certified ISSA trainer with over
12 years experience training all levels of
athletes, is now offering speed and agility
classes at SoccerZone. Athletes will be trained
to develop explosiveness, strength and stamina
to aid in their speed, agility and quickness.
Ages
10 - 14: Mondays 6:15 pm or Thursdays
5:15 pm Ages
15+: Mondays 7:15 pm or Thursdays 6:15
pm
Cost
is only $90 for 8 weeks! There
is a maximum of 6 athletes per class, so
register now! Classes begin the week of February

and Agility Classes |
Team
trainings will be offered starting the week
of April 21st. Classes can be structured around
practice schedules. Cost is $80/player and
classes are once per week for 8 weeks.
