Flag football is fun, fast, safe and exciting to play! Great for the beginner or the experienced player, flag football offers all of the challenge and fun of football - great exercise and safe to play without the tackles.

SoccerZone offers Youth and Mens Adult Flag Football leagues. You can sign up your own team or as an individual to play in one of our leagues. Youth Flag Football is offered in divisions: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and HS. Adult men is offered in Division I, II, and Mens 30+. Youth games are 7v7 and Adult Men are 6v6. Seasons are 8 games long and begin in late October.

Flag Football Fundamentals:

These fun instructional classes offer boys and girls, ages 5-12, the fundamentals of non-tackle football, good sportsmanship and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive way. This is a coed program. Particpants will learn techniques in passing, receiving, and defensive play. The classes will offer both instruction and scrimmages. The scrimmages will be 7v7. THis is a great program for the beginner through intermediate level player, or for those who want to try the sport before joining a league. Participants receive a t-shirt.
