Lacrosse Instruction and Scrimmage

Our lacrosse instructional classes offer an introduction to the sport, skills demonstration, training and scrimmage opportunities. We provide a lacrosse stick to use in all classes. Lacrosse instruction is offered in the Boys under 10, under 12, and under 14 age groups (Age as of August 1, 2008). Classes for girls under 14 (Middle School) are also offered. Lacrosse jerseys provided to all particpants. All classes start November 2.

Lacrosse Leagues

We offer leagues for high school boys, high school girls, and men's open. Each season is 8 games. All players register as individuals but you can register to be placed with a friend or teammate by noting it on your registration form.

Lacrosse Clinics

This pre-season instructional clinic for boys and girls ages 8-14 will consist of an hour and fifteen minute introduction to the fundamentals of Lacrosse. Particpants will learn techniques in passing, receiving, cradling, shooting, and defensive play. Particpants will receive a jersey to keep, and we provide the lacrosse stick for the clinic!

$10.00 per participant

Ages 8-11 : October 5 from 5:00 to 6:15 pm in Oshtemo
Ages 12 - 14 : October 5 from 6:15 to 7:30 pm in Oshtemo
