The
goal is to assist each athlete, at every level with
an opportunity
to reach their potential by impacting their overall fitness
while focusing on increasing their strength, speed, and agility.
Our primary focus during training is to ensure that each participant
receives proper training methods to enhance resistance
to injury.
Our curriculum consists of:
1) Initial Fitness Evaluation and Testing
2) Running Mechanics and Techniques
3) Plyometric and Strength Training
4) Speed and Agility Training and
5) Balance and Coordination.
The class will consist of 45 minutes of speed and agility training with
Sarah Onderlinde (Weesies) followed by 45 minutes of soccer training
with Kalamazoo Outrage Coach Stu Riddle and/or former professional soccer
player Neil Ridgway.
