U10 & U12:
Monday and Wednesday evenings
U14 & HIGH SCHOOL:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings
6 weeks available
6/23, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4
$39 per week or 6 weeks for $199
The
goal is to assist each athlete, at every
level with an opportunity
to reach their potential by impacting their overall fitness
while focusing on increasing their strength, speed, and agility.
Our primary focus during training is to ensure that each participant
receives proper training methods to enhance resistance
to injury.
Our curriculum consists of:
1) Initial Fitness Evaluation and Testing
2) Running Mechanics and Techniques
3) Plyometric and Strength Training
4) Speed and Agility Training and
5) Balance and Coordination.
The class will consist of 45 minutes of speed and agility training
with Sarah Onderlinde (Weesies) followed by 45 minutes
of soccer training with Kalamazoo Outrage Coach Stu Riddle
and/or former professional soccer player Neil Ridgway.

MULTI-SPORT DAY CAMP
Camp will feature instruction and playtime soccer,
flag football, floor hockey, kickball, lacrosse,
water activities dodgeball and more!
June 16-20 9am-3pm $125.00
July 21-25 9am-Noon $ 75.00
Early drop-off (7:30am) and late pick-up
(5:30pm) will be available for $2/hr.
SOCCER SKILLS & SCRIMMAGE CAMP
Camp for all skill levels. Fee includes ball.

SOCCER SELECT PLAYER CAMP
Learn advanced techniques in all skills – technical
& tactical. Also, play small-sided games.
Fee includes ball.
July 14-18 9am-3pm $130.00
SOCCER GOALKEEPER & STRIKERS
Covers all aspects of goal keeping skills & techniques,
as well as shooting, scoring & finishing for
strikers. Includes ball.
July 7-11 9am-Noon $75.00
