Dusan Lalatovic has recently begun playing for the Slovakian football club, DAC Dunajská Streda. Lalatovic, who signed the contract in 2019, has started his career in DAC in February 2020 when the contract kicked into effect. The contract was signed for two seasons, with the possibility of extension after it expires.
The Serbian football player transferred from FC Radnički Zrenjanin after about seven months of play, joining the FC DAC team as a rising star of the world of professional football.
Lalatovic stated that although he’s had trouble fitting into some teams in the past, he feels happy to be a part of FC DAC and gets along well with his teammates.
“When I came here, I felt at home with these guys,” he said in an interview from February 2020.
Dusan Lalatovic is currently playing as a defender for his new club, alongside Lorenco Šimić, who is on loan from the Italian FC Sampdoria. Some of the other members of his team include Krisztián Németh, Ladislav Almási, Stanislav Bilenkyi, and András Schäfer.
Lalatovic was born in Novi Sad, Serbia on November 29, 1998. He started playing football when he was very young, and he joined FC Vojvodina Novi Sad in 2005. In 2016, he decided to join FC Budućnost Gložan, where he could further develop his professional playing capacities.
Dusan has also been a part of FC Radnički Niš, FC Dinamo Vranje, and the Bulgarian FC Slavia Sofia. During his career, he has participated in 244 official games, and has scored 36 goals. He has made significant contributions to every football club he was ever a part of, and he is known to be a dedicated player and a great team member.
Despite Lalatovic’s youth, he is quickly rising to stardom thanks to his talent and professional conduct. With the height of 6’ 7”, he is one of the tallest players in his club. He is exceptionally fast, favors his left leg during play, and has experience playing both center back and defender positions. He is known for his great team spirit and passion for football.
Lalatovic hopes FC DAC will qualify for the UEFA Europa League this year. If the club does qualify, he and his team players will be pitted against some of Europe’s very best football clubs.
FC DAC is a club from Dunajská Streda in Slovakia. Established in 1904, the club has a long history and a passionate fanbase. In 2007/2008, the team were the west group champions of the Slovak Third League. FC DAC is currently a part of the Fortuna liga, a top level football league in Slovakia.
